30 DAY - NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY

Our "30 day - No Questions Asked" Return Policy for all products listed in our online catalog ensures your complete satisfaction. Please read the terms and conditions of this policy carefully and you must use our RMA Reqest Form.

Merchandise ordered from our website may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the initial ship date. The initial ship date is the date your package left our warehouse and is stated in the shipping notification email. Providing the returned merchandise has not been installed or altered, and arrives at our warehouse complete and un-damaged, we will process a credit for the returned item. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any detectable manner will not be accepted for return. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation.  

Items deemed to be shipped correctly and in usable condition (i.e. an unwanted item) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges, including return shipping is not refundable. Please package your return carefully! Any merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment is not eligible for refund. 

Special Order and Build To Order items are unfortunately non-returnable.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

We want you to get your refund as quickly as possible. Please request a return authorization via logging into your account and selecting RMA or via completing the following form: https://f800depot.com/awrma/guest_rma/index/  Returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

DAMAGED GOODS

All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Damaged or short shipments received through UPS must be reported the SAME DAY or no credit can be given.  We hate this as much as you do, but this is a requirement by UPS.  Please report damaged goods via calling us or via using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
